3 Account Registration

To join the 8e8e platform, you must create a valid personal account. Each individual may open only one account. Operating multiple accounts is a direct violation of 8e8e's rules and may result in all accounts being closed.

  • It is your responsibility to keep your account password confidential.
  • Transferring or selling your account to a third party is prohibited.
  • If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, notify the support team immediately.

4 Account Verification

To ensure security and process financial transactions, 8e8e may request identity verification. As part of this process, you may be required to provide the following:

  • A copy of your National ID (NID) or passport.
  • Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement).
  • Proof of ownership of the payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket or Upay account details).

Withdrawals may be suspended until verification is complete. This is done for the user's own protection.

5 Account Closure and Suspension

8e8e may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

  • Violation of any clause of these Terms.
  • Suspected fraudulent activity or bonus abuse.
  • Providing false information or concealing identity.
  • Activity intended to harm other users or the platform.
  • Operating multiple accounts from the same device or IP address.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

6 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on the 8e8e platform is ৳100. We currently support the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay.

  • Deposits must come from the payment method registered with your account.
  • Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.
  • After a successful transaction, funds are generally added to your account instantly.

7 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Withdrawals will only be made to the payment method used for the original deposit.

  • Withdrawals cannot be made if the wagering requirements attached to a bonus have not been met.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

8 Welcome Bonus

New members can receive a 150% bonus of up to ৳8,000 on their first deposit. To receive the bonus, a qualifying first deposit must be made and a 20x wagering requirement must be fulfilled before the bonus can be withdrawn as cash.

For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives you a ৳1,500 bonus and a total balance of ৳2,500. Or depositing ৳12,000 gives you the maximum ৳8,000 bonus and a total balance of ৳20,000.

  • The bonus is awarded only once and applies to the first deposit only.
  • No withdrawal is possible before the wagering requirement is fulfilled.

9 VIP Cashback Program

The 8e8e VIP program has four tiers, each offering a weekly cashback benefit:

  • Bronze — up to 0.2% cashback per week.
  • Silver — up to 0.4% cashback per week.
  • Gold — up to 0.6% cashback per week.
  • Platinum — up to 0.8% cashback per week.

Users can be promoted to a higher tier based on their activity and loyalty. Cashback may expire if not used within a specified period.

10 Bonus Abuse Prohibited

Any attempt to claim bonus benefits through dishonest means is strictly prohibited. This includes:

  • Repeatedly claiming the welcome bonus through multiple accounts.
  • Using risk-free or two-sided betting strategies to meet bonus wagering requirements.
  • Claiming bonuses across multiple accounts from the same household or device.

If such activity is proven, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited and the account may be closed.
